Is your work guaranteed?
Answer: All of our workmanship, repair or install, is guaranteed for as long as you own your garage...every nut and bolt we install! We use top name manufacturers who also offer different degrees of warranty on their products up to lifetime. We will be happy to explain them to you and back them if need be. We have also been screened and approved by HomeAdvisor, the home improvement connection.
Are you lisensed and insured?
Answer: DocDoor Garage Door Services LLC has been issued a Specialty Contractors License by the state of South Carolina. We also carry commercial insurance. All of our employees and vehicles are fully insured.
Will I have to be home?
Answer: If you can not be home for the repair or install, we can perform the work as long as we can get into the garage.
How long will my garage door take to fix?
Answer: Most garage door repair jobs, garage door opener repair jobs and garage door spring repair jobs can be completed within an hour. There is the exception when we run into unforseen problems. This can add more time to the job. Our repairmen will always give you a price and approximate time frame before any work is started.
Do you install new garage doors?

Do you install new garage door openers?
Answer: We install Liftmaster garage door openers from Chamberlain. They are the largest manufacturer of garage door openers in the world and they are based here in the U.S.A. We have a wide variety ranging from 1/3 H.P. contractor series to Ultra Quiet D.C. motor with battery back up. You can monitor and control some of these models from your smartphone or computer!
How much do your service contracts cost?
Answer: Our service contracts are as little as $69/year and vary according to term and quantity of garage doors and openers you have. Included in the contract is an annual service which includes inspection and lubrication of ALL door and opener parts. If at any time during this contract you need our service, there will be no service or labor charge. You just pay for the parts we replace with a 10% discount.
